Borrowing Criteria: |
Serviceability should be demonstrated and evidenced from one or more of the following:
- Accountants Certificate plus
- rentals, projections, financial statements etc
- 6 month interest on deposit may also be used to demonstrate serviceability
- For where regular cash flow does not support borrowings interest retention for the term of the loan may be considered

Loans will be provided against Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential properties Australia Wide.
Specialised properties such as Hotels, Motels, Caravan Parks and Sporting facilities will not be considered.
