Professional Mortgage Providers values its client's above all else and to give our clients maximum choice when selecting a home loan.

We have four different home loan internet banking systems, these are easily identifiable by their loan id's or account numbers.

My Loan ID has up to 6 digits - Click here to logon to StarNet

  • If your Loan ID contains up to 6 digits you will need to access our Loan Account Access services via Starnet – Professional Mortgage Providers loan management partner.
  • When accessing StarNet you’ll need your Loan ID and PIN. You would have received this information in the mail once your loan settled.
  • Please contact our Professional Mortgage Providers Client Services Team on 1300 728 248 if you have any questions regarding Loan Account Access using StarNet or StarCall.

My CIF number has 7 digits - Click here to logon to Online Loan Access

  • If your CIF number contains 7 digits you will need to access our Loan Account Access services – Professional Mortgage Providers loan management partner.
  • When accessing Loan Account Access you’ll need your CIF number and access code. You can obtain your access code by calling 1300 304 572.
  • Please contact our Professional Mortgage Providers Client Services Team on 1300 728 248 if you have any questions regarding Loan Account Access.

  • When accessing MortgageInfo you’ll need your Password and MAC (Mortgage Access Code) ID. Your password is mailed to you 3 days after your loan has settled
  • If you do not have a Mortgage Access Code you will need to call 1800 100 153
