3 easy steps to apply for your loan

That’s why we have this simple 3-step process to help you apply for your loan.


Step 1: Download your application form.
This application form has been designed to be jargon-free and user-friendly. But if you do have questions, don’t hesitate to call us on 1300 728 248.

Step 2: Send in the application form plus the relevant documents.
Depending on the loan you are applying for (e.g. Low Doc, No Doc, Property Loan) the documents you need might include:

• Latest 2 payslips

• Latest Group Certificate

• 100 points of identification

• Employment details

• If you’re self-employed: Last 2 years Business/Company Tax returns (including Profit & Loss); or you can self cert for Low Doc, No Doc loans.

• Complete a Client Needs Analysis to ensure we are providing you with the best possible product for your requirments.

If you have sent in all the correct documentation, you should find out whether your application has been successful within only 5 working days!

Step 3: Meet with your personal credit adviser.
Your credit adviser will be the one who handles the entire process, and they will be your point of contact whenever you have questions, or just want to talk about your loan. You can call them at any time and speak to someone who KNOWS about you and your loan.
